A welcoming villa, restaurant and cocktail bar. Dotted around the dining room, under the portico and in the garden, romantic tables mix with festive tables and gourmet tables, all fans of the cuisine by chef Carlo Piras, and our sparkling evenings with live shows and DJ sets.
Restaurant
Our chefs have a menu in store for every hour of the day, featuring cuisine with Mediterranean accents built on solid Italian culinary tradition.
A corner of the room is dedicated to crudité: they alone would be enough to tell the story of the quality of all the raw materials admitted to our kitchen.
bar
First to open and last to close, the bar is dedicated to lovers of great drinks.
We pamper them with our Bellini made according to the ancient peasant recipe, or with spagyric drinks, an assortment of flavors based on the essential extracts of Sardinian aromatic herbs, to be savored one after the other.
Day life
The kitchen, as in every Italian family, is the central hub throughout the day: from early morning, alongside the bar, it delivers fresh bread, butter and preserves, eggs and smoothies. Do not miss out on our açaì bowl.
Lunches with friends enjoying summer dishes, chilled afternoons with a book and a cappuccino in a favorite corner in the shade of the main room, or relaxing in the garden as the warm sun sets.
Night life
Ami is the new meeting place for the evening, for an aperitif, dinner, making new friends. A realm of wonderful scents from the kitchen, light glinting off the extensive drinks selection, and the sommelier shuttling between the tables and the wine cellar.
Soon it’s time for the Dinner & Show, dinner with entertainment or a DJ set, international artists who bring their infectious energy to the evening, making each one the most memorable of the summer.

Who we are
Beatrice, Francesca, Carlo and Daniele: young, but with a considerable wealth of experience in the restaurant business under our collective belts.
We are enthusiastic about our work, our staff and Porto Rotondo, which for us embodies the true spirit of a vacation: sparkling, elegant, and packed with great things.

In the heart of Porto Rotondo, on the main street that crosses the village, opposite the famous Piazza Quadra.
An excellent spot, just a short stroll from two large parking areas.
